Rates and insurance

$200 per one-hour session. I offer sliding scale rates for those in need.

Depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, psychotherapy services may be covered fully or partially. Contact your provider to determine your coverage.

Questions to ask your insurance provider:

• Does my plan include mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible, if any, and has it been met?
• Are there limits on the number of sessions per year?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for coverage?

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Mastercard, and Visa.

Please cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the full session rate.
