My Approach

I work with individuals, couples, and families, offering tools to help improve communication and create stronger, more balanced relationship with yourself and others.

I integrate mindfulness and nature informed practices into my work. 

As a Colorado AAMFT approved supervisor, I provide affordable supervision to clinicians in need of supervised hours for licensure.

• Completed a year-long certificate program in Outdoor Leadership through Greenfield Community College, 1989
