Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Ecotherapist
Feeling stuck? Noticing repeating patterns? Are you anxious, depressed, or feeling lost? Struggling in your marriage or grieving the loss of a loved one or relationship? As an experiential, mindfulness based therapist I assist you in finding creative solutions for difficult situations. As a supplement to traditional indoor therapy I offer meditation practices and draw on more than 30 years of experience to help you loosen the grip of old habits and painful past experiences giving you freedom to more fully thrive in your life.
In addition to traditional therapy I offer outdoor sessions where you have the opportunity to connect with the healing power of nature. Together we go to special spots in the woods, where you discover new things that will help guide you down a path to increased love, health, happiness and full self expression.
I work with individuals, couples, teens and families and provide tools which help to rebalance your relationships to be healthier, stronger, and more resilient. New parents may bring infants. Nursing moms welcome. An AAMFT approved supervisor, I provide affordable supervision to clinicians in need of supervised hours for licensure.
